As a health clinic, Health Now! Clinic of Madison County (HNC) will be able to provide a wide range of services while still maintaining continuity through shared medical records. HNC acts as an entry point for health care services. This helps ensure that individuals in need of health care obtain the necessary type and amount of care.
HNC was created exclusively to establish, maintain, and operate suitable facilities to provide primary health care for persons within the service area. Additionally, HNC will endeavor to develop programs for health prevention, disease prevention, and education.

It is the mission of the KY Prescription Assistance Program (K-PAP) to assist patients with no prescription coverage, those who exceed the limit of the prescription coverage provided by their healthcare plan, and those who reach the ‘donut hole’ in their Medicare Part D coverage.
A K-PAP advocate meets with the patient to determine if there is a prescription assistance program that provides free (or reduced cost) medication to the patient. If so, the advocate completes the form for the patient to take to his/her health care provider. The healthcare provider or staff completes their portion and the form is mailed to the pharmaceutical company. If approved, the patient usually receives free medication for one year.
